Of late, I have worked on the development of AppleOnly.in , a website that sells cases, sleeves, covers, bags, etc for Apple MacBook Air/Pro, iPhone, etc. Because of that, people started to ask questions about cases and their reviews. I'll try to summarize my answers here: i-Blason Vs iBenzer -- what is the premium brand and why? Both i-Blason and iBenzer are from the USA. How to Use Sodexo Meal Pass Card in Bigbasket.com Sodexo started to issue Smart Card similar to Credit Card--instead of their usual paper based vouchers. I was using Sodexo vouchers for longtime, but it was a big letdown when I can't get some of my unused vouchers renewed. And so, I was somehow happy with their new Meal Pass Card. But, again, it was a big letdown as I can't use it with BigBasket--where I usually use most of my meal coupon vouchers. Today (July 31st) is the last day for filing income tax returns. Donations to charity and political parties are exempted for tax under Indian income tax clause 80G . When it comes to donations, World Vision India used to be my choice because of their professionalism and prompt communications. Of late, having heavily impressed by Nisaptham Blogger 's writings about his charity work, I thought of sending meager amount to his charity Nisaptham Trust. Unfortunately, when I sent that in March, it was not a pleasant experience. I had to randomly follow him through email and WhatsApp to get PAN of Nisaptham Trust; he shared that PAN details after 3-months. When I try filing returns yesterday, it was another shock; apart from PAN, I also need to furnish the charity address. Vodafone India is exposing website surfer/user's phone number to the partner website when using mobile data plan. It might be offering hidden API to those partner websites to uniquely identify users. I have noticed it around 1-year before, thought about blogging, but forgot it at that time. Now, I have got some time and so thought of explaining the issue. How I noticed the issue? Sometime ago, I've bought SanDisk microSD card. In the wrapper, they've mentioned about some offer about hungama (Still available in SanDisk website at www.sandisk.in/campaign/landing/hungama/offer_three). Since, I was reading Blessing or Curse: You Can Choose , book by Derek Prince , I thought little deeper on this. While analyzing on this topic, I have noted that the people of own house in Chennai are restless, have problematic personal and family life, prone of unexpected failures. Raju Murugan , once wrote about sons of Chennai soil in Ananda Vikatan magazine in which he's explained how these people are exploited and chased away from their own-native places. Ever since I've read that, I was looking for a website where we can donate to political parties. Recently I came to know that the Indian tax law 80G allows 100% rebate for donation to political party . I'm not sure, how many people are aware of it.

Chennai has now official 2-hours power cut per day. People from southern cities say that they have unofficial power cut--not less than 8-hours per day. Everybody says that it is worst in the history, especially when people voted against to DMK for its just [sic] 2-hours official power cut per day. Some people say that there is no need for power cut now and it's a crooked measure to get people's support against to Koodankulam agitators. More specifically, when people of Coimbatore started supporting the Anti-Koodankulam protesters, the power cut rose up from 4-hours to 10-hours. Long live politics!

Like I mentioned earlier , I'm one of the early life subscriber of Puthiya Thalaimurai magazine and I have recommended it to many people. But, these days, the contents are losing neutrality and becoming terrible from terrific--especially on Koodankulam issue. The contents are absolutely crooked and insane. It is better to write anything direct than in sneaky neutral tone. I can guess few reasons for the changes: It tries to be just "different" to reach cosmopolitan & TwitterGen [sic] crowd It tries to milk "brand Abdul Kalam". But, visit Anna University and talk to some people to understand how he climbed up faster or read old critic by his classmate writer Sujatha. It is under pressure from central and state government.  But, I wish the real reason be just an error and Puthiya Thalaimurai magazine and TV will get back respect.

Blake Mizerany , the author of Sinatra along with Keith Rarick brings Sinatra to Go (Google's golang) with pat.go library. In an announcement, he has mentioned "This has been in use for awhile at Heroku. It's solid." I'm more tempted to try it out as Go looks hot on memory usage.

I personally find that Xitrum Scala framework  ( readme ) is more appealing or easier (to build fast) than Play!/Scala. It looks like Play! 2.0 will fix the gap .

Our team has alpha released the first project written using Play!/Java and MongoDB at Teach 'n Learn . Play! reduces the pain of working in Java.

Impressed by Node.js, I'm wondering why there's no similar libs in C. Probably it's time to start writing one?
