Donating to Indian political parties through 80G

Communist party MLAs and MPs should share their salary (that they receive from government) with their party workers--Gnani once wrote about it. Ever since I've read that, I was looking for a website where we can donate to political parties. Recently I came to know that the Indian tax law 80G allows 100% rebate for donation to political party. I'm not sure, how many people are aware of it.
